ELISPOT counting procedure
  1. Place a sample plate on the stage of macrograph stand.
  2. Take pictures of ELISPOT deposited on the membrane of microplate.
  3. The images of each well retrieved on the PC monitor can be read aoutomatcally.

Advantages of the ELIPHOTO Counter:
  • Relieve the fatigue drastically for counting ELISPOT
  • Elispots detected automatically are marked with red + and the well image can be stored in PC.
